De ideale kandidaat heeft een hbo-opleiding, kennis van NT2-onderwijs en ervaring in het coachen. Je coordineert de ondersteuning en adviseert docenten binnen een inclusieve omgeving. De organisatie biedt professionele ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
