Nursing Home Manager (Nurse Qualified)
Location: Leek
Salary: £65,000–£70,000
We are looking for an experienced Nurse Qualified Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in Leek with a Good CQC rating
.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
- Previous Nursing Home Manager experience.
- Proven track record managing a 40+ bed nursing home
. - Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Lead the day-to-day running of the home.
- Maintain high standards of clinical care and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and support your team.
- Drive occupancy, quality, and operational performance.
