No experience supporting carers? No problem.
We're looking for people with empathy, great communication skills and a genuine desire to help others. Experience in health and social care, support work, housing, community services, customer service, education, charity or voluntary sector roles may provide valuable transferable skills. Full training and support will be provided.

Every day, unpaid carers across Staffordshire provide vital support to family members and loved ones. As a Carers Support & Wellbeing Advisor, you'll help carers access information, support, services and opportunities that improve their wellbeing and help them navigate the challenges of caring.
This is a varied community-based role combining one-to-one support, outreach, workshops, support groups and partnership working. No two days are the same.
You’ll be:- Supporting carers through person-centred conversations and support planning
- Helping carers access services, peer support and community opportunities
- Facilitating groups, workshops and events
- Raising awareness of carers' rights and available support
- Building relationships with local organisations and community partners

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
