Zonnehuisgroep Noord zoekt een wijkverpleegkundige die cliënten thuis ondersteunt in Zuidhorn en Leek. Je plant routes, levert zorg volgens het zorgplan en werkt grotendeels zelfstandig, maar kunt sparren met het wijkteam wanneer nodig.
Je hebt een Verpleegkunde-diploma (mbo of hbo), bent rijbewijswaardig en blinkt uit in het schakelen tussen situaties en communicatie met zorgprofessionals.
