De gemeente Vijfheerenlanden zoekt een beleidsadviseur Welzijn en Gezondheid die z.s.m. inzetbaar is. Je werkt aan doorontwikkeling van GALA-ketenaanpakken en bijbehorend lokaal gezondheidsbeleid.
Je verbindt regionale inzet met lokale partners, werkt aan evaluatie van huidig beleid en denkt mee aan het nieuw te vormen beleid voor 2027. Daarnaast geef je uitvoering aan thema's zoals AED-beleid en het verhogen van de vaccinatiegraad in samenwerking met het AZWA kernteam.
