Wat je gaat doen    As an operator at Friesland Campina Leerdam, you will play an essential role in ensuring our high-quality cheese production runs smoothly. Working in a high-tech cleanroom environment, you will focus on precision and quality, contributing to the efficiency of our automated production lines. You'll face challenges like identifying and resolving technical issues, maintaining strict quality standards, and optimizing processes to ensure seamless operations.

What You Will Do:

Operate: machines and automated production lines, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
Resolve: technical malfunctions by troubleshooting and collaborating with the technical team when needed.
Perform: quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards and address any deviations.
Adjust: and supply robots and machines with the necessary materials while managing product changes.
Contribute: to process improvements by actively sharing insights and ideas with your team.

Monthly salary from €3,250,- up to €3,750,-gross, including shift allowance.
Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
Full-time role with a 36-hour workweek in 3 shifts.
