ASVZ zoekt een ondersteunend begeleider intensief op Filips Willemstraat 7, Leerdam. Je begeleidt bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking en zorgt voor structuur, veiligheid en betrokkenheid bij dagelijkse activiteiten.
Je werkt onder aansturing van een teamleider en maakt onderdeel uit van het dagelijkse woningproces. Er bestaat een degelijke inwerkperiode; je leert stap voor stap de vaardigheden om bewoners professioneel en met aandacht te ondersteunen.
