Child Prodigy of Lee's Summit (South and East locations) is a licensed childcare center seeking Full‑time Floater Teachers to support all age groups, infants‑PreK.

To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass all background checks. A plus if you have previous childcare experience.

Shift: Mon‑Fri, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: $15–$16/hour based on education and experience.

• Willingness to support the center as needed, covering staff members’ breaks, filling in for absences, and assuming classroom duties.
• Demonstrate patience, kindness and positive interactions with all children, parents, and staff.
• Operate as a team player and be willing to help where needed under the director or lead teacher.
• Physical ability to work around small children, including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
