, you’ll work directly with our customers planning, scheduling, and executing residential and commercial rebuild projects. We’re looking for a skilled professional with top-notch organizational abilities who can successfully manage multiple projects at multiple locations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee multiple rebuild projects

• Maintain direct communication with customers from start to finish

• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, permits, and inspections

• Ensure all projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards

• Identify and address technical or scope-related issues promptly

• Support change order estimating, approval, and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Minimum 5 years hands-on construction experience

• 2 years project management experience

• Remodeling/restoration background preferred

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Valid driver’s license, able to lift 50+ lbs

• Pass background check and drug screen

• Xactimate experience a plus
