As a Member Services Representative you will create an exceptional club experience by ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and delivering outstanding customer service. You will promote the club's benefits, guide new and current members, and support the team at the front desk.

• Maintain a clean club environment.
• Encourage members to join fitness classes.
• Introduce members to Black Card amenities.
• Assist at the welcome desk, checking in members, greeting and fare welling, and conducting tours.
• Lead by example, encouraging members to achieve their fitness goals.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Accept competitive salary, membership benefits, and growth opportunities.

• Birthdate confirming minimum age of 18 years.
• Passion for helping others.
• Physical ability to perform required tasks – standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other movements.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.

• Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, balancing, stooping, kneeling, twisting, or crouching.
