Part‑time float position. Salary: $47–$50 per hour plus an uncapped incentive plan.

• Traveling to nearby offices to support practice operations
• Partnering with the dentist to develop patient care plans using American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines

• Working collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple patients and tasks effectively
• Willingness to travel daily to assigned offices and maintain a valid non‑restricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance

Daily travel to assigned offices is required. Applicants must maintain a valid non‑restricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance, or be able to be insured under the employer’s fleet insurance program (for those assigned a company fleet vehicle). The company reserves the right to request and review your Motor Vehicle Record at any time, according to state requirements.
