SAP Consultant, Systems Analyst

Applications Consultant 2 – SAP Sales and Distribution (051510)
Responsible for SAP Application Maintenance and Support project activities with expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution Module. Expertise in Pricing, Text Determination, Output Determination, Intercompany Sales, STO processes, Third Party sales, Rebates, Consignment Processing and Order Management. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment for expected business results.
Knowledge in ABAP debugging is a must.
- Facilitate support of SAP SD module, production break‑fix issues and maintenance/enhancement changes to ensure a stable production environment and improve client business functionality while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot SAP SD processes related system/process/user issues related to design, configuration and Master/Transaction data and WRICEF objects, design, configuration, testing, documentation, training of relevant processes.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all client and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders for day‑to‑day work stream operations and prioritize workload as required.
- Create daily and weekly operation status reports.
- Review and ensure the quality of work stream deliverables including documentation and change process compliance.
- Coordinate with cross work streams and client teams as required.
- 10+ years of IT/SAP experience with deep knowledge in SAP Sales and Distribution in client domain.
- Must have at least two full‑cycle SAP SD implementations (Project Preparation to Go‑Live).
- At least 1 production support experience of a global similar size client.
- Experience and knowledge in other integration modules and interfaces.
- Knowledge in ABAP debugging required.
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with clients.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations; effective problem solver.
- Experience writing functional/technical specifications.
- Must work independently and as a team player; manage own workload and multi‑task under tight deadlines.
- Applicants for employment in the U.S. must have valid work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
- Flexibility to work across delivery landscape including Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
- Qualification:
3‑7 years of experience, Bachelor’s Degree. - Certification: SE Level 1 desired.
- Proficient in Package Configuration.
- Progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
