About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Systems Administrator to keep our dealerships running smoothly and securely. You'll support every department, including sales, service, parts, F&I, and accounting, across multiple locations. You'll handle server upgrades, strengthen our security, manage multifactor authentication, and resolve everyday technical issues. You'll also be a trusted, patient resource for coworkers who depend on technology to serve our customers.

What You'll DoPlan, test, and carry out system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption to daily operations.

Maintain and monitor our Windows Server environment, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file and print services.

Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Entra  (Azure AD), and Intune, covering user setup, licensing, and permissions.

Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot multifactor authentication for all staff, and patiently help employees enroll and recover access.

Support security measures such as endpoint protection, email filtering, firewall rules, backups, and access reviews, in line with the FTC Safeguards Rule and other dealership compliance requirements.

Provide first- and second-level break/fix support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, tablets, network devices, and shop equipment.

Onboard and offboard employees, including account creation, hardware setup, and removing access on the employees’ last day, so new team members feel welcomed and ready on day one.

Serve as the primary point of contact for IT vendors and service providers, including our DMS provider [Dealer track], internet and phone carriers, managed service providers, and hardware and software suppliers.

Manage vendor relationships by tracking support tickets, holding vendors accountable to service agreements, escalating unresolved issues, and communicating status updates to affected staff.

Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and asset inventory.

Travel between dealership locations as needed.
