Position: Facility / Safety Manager (4916)
Location: Lee's Summit

Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Facility/Safety Manager to join our team in Lee's Summit, MO.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of the condition of the equipment.
  • Participate in the development of policies and procedures that affect the use of supplies and facilities.
  • Ensure that all equipment and facilities are functioning properly.
  • Initiate interventions to solve problems.
  • Oversee cleaning, repair, and maintenance of contractor equipment.
  • Implement safety measures and campaigns.
  • Evaluate the work quality of staff and subordinates.
  • Assist in preparing company facilities maintenance budgets.
  • Coordinate and communicate with upper management on work issues.
    • Position Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D.; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in warehouse, security, policy, military, facilities, or related work preferred but not required.
  • Must possess OSHA 30-hour General Industry Safety and Health Certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in:
    • Preparing statistical and analytical reports
    • Passing a drug test
    • Passing a background check including credit, criminal, and DMV
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
    • Computer literacy
