We are seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Processing Technician to join our production team in Lee's Summit, Missouri. This role is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and optimizing molding processes to ensure consistent part quality and efficient machine performance.

• Set up and start up injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment.
• Develop and optimize processing parameters to achieve quality and productivity goals.
• Troubleshoot molding defects (flash, short shots, burn marks, etc.) and make process adjustments.
• Assist with mold changes and machine setups.
• Work closely with maintenance and quality teams to resolve equipment and process issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.

• Other duties as directed by Supervisor.

• 2+ years of injection molding processing experience (Husky or similar equipment is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of plastics materials and processing principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and adjust hydraulic, pneumatic, and processing parameters.
• Familiarity with scientific molding concepts is preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, overtime and weekends if needed.
