• Full Time Nights

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Coordinate care for a group of assigned patients in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Delegate and supervise care tasks to other staff
• Proactively consult with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and professional standards

• Patient-centered, team-oriented professionals with strong clinical judgment
• Self-driven, motivated individuals who excel in critical thinking and multitasking
• RNs who are passionate about improving patient experiences and outcomes

Applicable

Experience:

Less than 1 year Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS) Associate Degree
