Are you a compassionate, detail-driven nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment where every call and case matters? Join our Occupational Health team as a Clinical Nurse RN – Occupational Health Care Coordinator and make an impact on the health and well‑being of our workforce.

• Provide high‑quality, compassionate nursing care — assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each patient.
• Manage workforce member cases for COVID, Flu, and RSV, ensuring timely follow‑up and recovery support.
• Coordinate testing efforts at UHTMC and UHLMC, and manage ongoing testing data for long‑term care and administrative reporting.
• Support research and safety programs, including COVID data tracking and the PREVENT Research Project.
• Lead and assist with onboarding of new staff members, helping build a culture of safety and excellence.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, professional, and organizational standards while modeling integrity and service excellence.
• Collaborate across teams — patients, physicians, and healthcare colleagues — to deliver efficient, empathetic, and evidence‑based care.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri.
• Current BCLS certification.
• For PRN roles: at least 1 year of medical/surgical experience or 1 year in a related specialty area.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent specialty degree.
• RN Specialty Certification.
