You will work with the Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing operations, develop staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain person-centered care across the community.

This role leads Infection Prevention and Wound Care programs, drives quality assurance, ensures survey readiness, and supports education and staff development on a daily basis.
