We are seeking an Inside Sales Professional to add to our Communications team to provide sales and technical support. The Inside Sales Professional will build strong relationships for an assigned group of customers and promotes the principals represented and their product lines.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with current customers and principals to understand their needs and requirements.
- Sell and service customers, provide pricing and product application information.
- Ability to solve difficult and sometimes moderately complex problems; take a new perspective using existing solutions and identify key barriers/core problems and apply problem solving skills to resolve complex situations.
- Quote preparation and follow up as required.
- Have a sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed personal and company goals.
- Build a strong partnership and provide support to Account Managers.
- Input all orders into Sales Order entry system.
- Schedule orders according to customer requirements.
- Communicate honestly and succinctly with purchasing departments.
- Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience for your customers.
- Knowledgeable of products being represented using catalogs and other tool; learn and stay on top of products offered by the principals we represent.
- Be curious by asking questions and understanding the needs of our customers so that we can provide solutions for them.
- Provide promotional literature and product information as requested.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress and opportunities within Salesforce.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Previous successful inside sales experience preferred, but not required

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Industry knowledge preferred
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce
- College degree or equivalent industry experience
