Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking a Field Trainer & Sales Representative to guide clients through health and life insurance solutions and to mentor and train team members in a structured, dependable environment. This in-person role supports both business-to-business and individual clients.
The compensation range is $85,000 to $105,000 per year with draw pay, commissions and bonuses as an independent contractor. Schedule is Monday to Friday with weekends as needed.
