Role:
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Long-Term Care (LTC) Sales Specialists, focusing on neurological and rare disease therapeutics.
Responsibilities:- recruit, coach, and motivate sales personnel;
- establish strong customer relationships;
- ensure compliance with regulations;
- manage business performance and territory planning;
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's in Business or Life Sciences;
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical or medical sales with at least 2 years in sales management for LTC or neuroscience products;
- strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills;
- ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays;
- valid driver's license and regional residency near major airports.

Scope:oversee regional sales efforts, address moderate complexity in decision-making, and influence short-term business outcomes.
Work setup:regional travel within the US, primarily remote or hybrid.
Salary range:$168,000-$210,000, plus bonus and incentives.
