At Aspen Contracting, we're looking for experienced roofing and exterior restoration sales professionals who understand how to identify opportunities, earn homeowners' trust, and turn inspections into successful projects.

If you're currently working in roofing sales, storm restoration, exterior remodeling, or another home improvement company, you already understand the industry. You know the customer conversations, the importance of follow-up, and what it takes to move a project from an initial inspection to a closed sale.

We're not looking to teach you how to sell from scratch. We're looking for someone who already knows the industry and is ready to put that experience to work.

Hiring throughout the Kansas City metro area, including surrounding communities.

Important:

This position services the Kansas City market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and required office-based business activities are based out of our Lee’s Summit, MO office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to this office as required.

Employment Type:

Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $70,000–$200,000+

Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Experience:

Roofing or exterior restoration sales experience required

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior restoration needs.
• Conduct property inspections and identify potential project opportunities.
• Build customer relationships and establish trust throughout the sales process.
• Present roofing and exterior restoration solutions based on customer needs.
• Explain project recommendations and next steps clearly and professionally.
• Manage customer relationships from the initial appointment through project completion.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Follow up consistently, handle objections, and move qualified opportunities toward closing.
• Use company-provided technology to document customer and project information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support a successful customer experience.
