ABOUT CASE GROWTH EXPERTSFounder-owned, and already a mid-seven-figure business.
Case Growth Experts generates pre-qualified motor vehicle accident leads for personal injury law firms across the country. We run every campaign ourselves and never buy leads from third-party vendors, so we control quality from the first click. Every lead is exclusive to one firm, we cap each state at 3–5 partner firms so clients never compete for the same cases, and leads hit the firm's phone, inbox, and CRM in under 45 seconds.
We tell firms the truth about what a case will cost, even when it loses us the deal. Most vendors in this space don't. Our only job is to make it crazy for a firm to ever stop making money with us, and it shows: multiple firms spend six figures a month with us. That's the product you'll be selling. We also run compliant advertising in a vertical that often doesn't.
We're looking for someone to own the front door of the business: signing new law firms as partners.
THE ROLE
This seat is for someone who loves the craft of selling: the prospecting, the discovery call, the negotiation, the signature. Your focus is bringing in new firms. Once a firm signs, our Client Success team takes the relationship from there, along with any past clients, so your time stays on the hunt. Our retention policies, including replacement leads, protect the deals you close, the relationships behind them, and the commission tail you earn on them.
MVA is a crowded, well‑funded vertical, and most firms you call already buy leads from someone. This role is for someone who has sold to law firms before and knows how to earn a second conversation. We supply firm data and target lists so your time goes into selling.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN- Outbound pipeline. Prospect MVA and PI firms by phone, email, and Linked In against the firm data we provide, and keep the pipeline full without waiting on marketing.
- Discovery. Qualify each firm on fit, current lead spend, intake capacity, case-volume goals, and the states they take cases in.
- Competitive selling. Handle objections and side‑by‑side vendor comparisons with real numbers, since most prospects already have a lead source.
- Closing. Structure the first order, get the agreement signed, and hand the account to Client Success cleanly for onboarding.
- CRM discipline. If it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen. Log every touch, stage, and outcome so we can see what's working, not just feel it.
- Your number. Hit weekly activity targets and monthly new‑revenue targets, and own the forecast for both.
- Required:
5+ years of full‑cycle B2B sales, including at least 2 selling to law firms (MVA/PI, legal marketing, case acquisition, or legal tech), with 3+ preferred. No exceptions on this one. - Strongly preferred: existing relationships with PI firm owners, managing partners, or intake leaders you can reach on day one without breaching any prior agreement.
- A track record running the full cycle yourself, sourcing, qualifying, and closing, with closed‑revenue numbers you can walk us through.
- Comfort being the one making the calls and sending the emails. Cold outreach is the job, not a phase of it.
- Fluency…
