QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of plumbing experience (installation focus preferred)

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Proficiency with residential plumbing systems, water heaters, and fixture installs

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas

• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

• Excellent customer communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule of Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM. Employees report to a central location each morning before heading to job sites.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE PLUMBER – RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING INSTALLER

In this role, you will perform professional installations of water heaters, tankless systems, water softeners, filtration systems, PRVs, sump pumps, and fixtures. You'll also handle whole-home repipes and replacements of sewer or water service lines. Each job requires adherence to manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards. After completing installations, you'll verify system performance and ensure customers understand their new equipment.
