SGA is hiring an
** Accounts Payable Clerk in Leesburg, GA,
** responsible for assisting with the processing of invoices received for payment.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
* Assist in accounts payable processing of invoicing, including accurate, timely and organized management of source documents.
* Must be able to handle multiple locations and vendors efficiently.
* Understand expense accounts and cost centers.
* Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes.
* Assists Accounts Payable Specialist as needed.
* Assumes and executes additional responsibilities as assigned.
** Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
*** Proven working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk.
* Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
* Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
* Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
* Knowledge of English composition, grammar, spelling and punctuation.
* Skilled in the use of basic office equipment such as: telephones, calculators, copier, fax, computers and computer software (MS Excel, Word, Practice Management software).
* Ability to prioritize, organize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
* Ability to communicate and express thoughts and ideas clearly and competently.
* Ability to quickly grasp relevant concepts regarding duties and responsibilities.
** Education/

Experience:

*** High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Prior Accounts Payable experience preferred.
* Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
