HERB L BENNETT DMD PA is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dental practice in Leesburg, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused team where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference every day.

• Greet, check in and out patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with coverage questions
• Collect co-pays, process payments, and maintain accurate billing records
• Maintain patient records and ensure all intake forms are completed accurately
  
  Maintain patient clearance records and ensure all documents are here
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office

• Prior experience in a dental front desk/receptionist role preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software:
  Dentrix
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills including scheduling and data entry
• High school diploma or equivalent required
