Pay Range

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr. This range is provided by Center Well Senior Primary Care. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Schedule & Work Model
  • Monday–Friday, daytime schedule
  • No weekends
  • No hospital rounds
  • Limited phone-only call rotation
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality primary care to adult and senior patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and reduced hospitalizations.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Participate in limited phone call coverage.
Required Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
  • Active or eligible Florida medical license.
  • Experience with senior-focused or value-based care preferred.
  • TB screening participation required.
