Primrose Schools® is a leading early education provider that offers a balanced learning approach, nurturing curiosity and creativity in a safe and engaging environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable After School Explorer Teacher/Part-Time Bus Driver to join our team and help provide a fun, educational, and safe experience for our students.

2:00pm - 6:00pm (MLBC)

• Safely transport students to and from school, field trips, and other designated locations.
• Ensure the bus is maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while interacting with students, parents, and staff.

• Be available full days when LCPS is closed for holidays and closures
• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities for school-age children.
• Supervise students to ensure a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.
• Assist with homework and encourage creative and critical thinking.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress and behavior.
• Promote Primrose’s Balanced Learning® curriculum and foster a love for learning.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience working with children, preferably in a school or childcare setting.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
