OverviewThis position is for a Clinical Pharmacist in the Critical Care Department, providing pharmaceutical care services to patients, physicians, and staff of UF Health Central Florida. The pharmacist interprets physician orders, maintains medication profiles, provides drug information, participates in medical staff committees and meetings, reports adverse drug reactions, performs therapeutic interchanges, monitors parenteral nutrition, applies pharmacokinetic dosing, and advises on medication dosing and IV-to-PO recommendations (e.g., coumadin, antibiotics).

- Recommends IV-to-PO medication adjustments (e.g., coumadin, antibiotics).

Licensure/Certification/Registration – Valid Florida Pharmacist License
