This position is for a Clinical Pharmacist in the Critical Care Department, providing pharmaceutical care services to patients, physicians, and staff of UF Health Central Florida. The pharmacist interprets physician orders, maintains medication profiles, provides drug information, participates in medical staff committees and meetings, reports adverse drug reactions, performs therapeutic interchanges, monitors parenteral nutrition, applies pharmacokinetic dosing, and advises on medication dosing and IV-to-PO recommendations (e.g., coumadin, antibiotics).

• Provides pharmaceutical care services to patients, physicians, and staff of UF Health Central Florida.
• Interprets physician orders and maintains medication profiles.
• Provides drug information and participates in medical staff committees and meetings.
• Reports adverse drug reactions and follows up.
• Performs therapeutic interchanges, monitors parenteral nutrition, applies pharmacokinetic dosing, and follows up on medication dosing.
• Recommends IV-to-PO medication adjustments (e.g., coumadin, antibiotics).
