• Provide pharmaceutical care services, training and support to staff, patients and physicians of UFHCF.
• Patient Care Rounding.
• Participation on Quality Improvement Teams.
• Focus on Core Quality Measures.
• Drug Use Evaluations.
• Attendance and involvement in varied medical staff committees/meetings.
• Adverse drug reaction reporting and follow‑up, formulary maintenance, one‑on‑one physician engagement, general oversight of Sentri7/Quantifi and supporting organizational goals.
• Ability to interact effectively with medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff, pharmacy residents, and students.
