Med Reconciliation Technician | Pharmacy | FT Variable

ResponsibilitiesThe Medication Reconciliation Pharmacy Technician is responsible for accurately performing medication histories upon admission, med history entry into electronic database, and all basic pharmacy technician functions in a timely manner.
QualificationsEducation:
High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid State Registered Pharmacy Technician license in good standing.
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CFHT) within 12 months of hire.
- Medication History Certificate (PTCB) within 12 months of hire.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
