Scheduler/Caregiver - Part-time

Our Innovative Home Services team is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Scheduler/Caregiver to support the operations of our private duty program. This unique role combines schedule coordination and hands‑on caregiving to enhance the lives of our residents while ensuring smooth program operations.

What We’re Looking For
  • Education:

    High school diploma or GED required.
  • Certifications:

    Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
  • Experience:

    One year of experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting preferred.
  • Skills:

    Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
  • Self‑motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and reliable in meeting commitments and supporting team needs.
