Advent Health seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to cover home health cases in the Clermont, Minneola, and Groveland areas. You will perform assessments, develop patient-specific care plans, and coordinate interdisciplinary care for optimal outcomes. Travel to patient homes required; full-time days, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm.
Must hold OT license and BLS; 1+ year of related clinical OT experience in Medicare-certified home health preferred. Mileage reimbursement provided.
