Our Manager in Development Program provides aspiring leaders with an array of experiences in the landscape industry including maintenance, construction, design, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, plant identification and crew management.

You will learn while working in the field and by attending formal trainings. This position puts you on the path for a management role.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with a mentor to help you develop your own management style
• Excel beyond what is taught in textbooks
• Work hands-on in the field with our crews
• Participate in monthly Branch Management meetings and review company financials
• Professional development opportunities—build your skills and confidence

What You’ll Learn:

• How to interact and communicate effectively with clients
• Job setup, client setup, and crew assignments
• How to create proposals and assist with sales
• How we at Yellowstone operate in a safe manner
• Aspire and key company software

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificates, Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Plant Science, Horticultural Sciences, Business, or related
• Interest in learning all aspects of the landscape management industry
• Can-do attitude and strong work ethic
