We are looking for an experienced Cath Lab Manager to lead our Cath Lab team with a focus on collaboration, excellence, and patient-centered care. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the Cardiovascular Cath Labs and Cardio Diagnostics. Ensures the highest standards of care and fosters excellent relationships with physicians, patients, visitors, and hospital staff. Manages budgetary controls and monitors productivity targets.
Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines, standards of care, and organizational policies and procedures. Applies evidence-based medicine to promote quality, safety, and cost-effective patient care. Leads the selection and development of professional management staff. Coordinates interdepartmental activities and serves as a key resource for staff and leadership. Assumes full financial accountability for the department.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN), or Advanced Practice Healthcare Professional holding RCVT certification required
- Current BCLS and ACLS certifications required
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training
- Clinical experience in areas relevant to administrative responsibilities
- Proficient in applying management principles and making decisions that impact the scope of practice and laboratory operations
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently
