• Under the direction of the director, utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care and performs duties as assigned.

• Post High School

• Florida Practical Nurse License
• BLS

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
