• Seasonal 13-week contract assignment
• Day shift flat rate: $60/hr
• Night shift flat rate: $65/hr
• Overtime will be paid in accordance to FLSA, based on a 40-hr work week.
• Members of the Market Resource Pool will commit to work 3x 12 hour shifts each week, as determined and agreed to by the director for the unit.
• RNs will float as necessary, according to skill level, to units and facilities within UF Health Central FL Division (Leesburg and Spanish Plains).
• Shifts are not guaranteed, however cancelation is unlikely.
• Former UFHCF team members must be separated 6 months or more to qualify for MRP.

Under the direction of the director/ charge nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care.

• Education:
  
  Diploma/Associates Degree
• Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  Florida Registered Nurse License, BLS, ACLS
• Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience
  
  Required:
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Must have a min. of 2 yrs of RN experience
