Registered Nurse RN | Leesburg Hospital Emergency Department | 13 Week Assignment | FT Nights
Under the direction of the director/charge nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care.
Responsibilities- Competitive fixed base pay (earn extra money for the holidays!)
- Seasonal 13-week contract (for those seeking temporary employment)
- Exposure to multiple teams and patient populations
- A supportive, mission-driven work environment
- Float between 2 of the following Emergency Departments in the UF Health Central Florida locations:
Leesburg Hospital ED and Eustis Freestanding ED
- Diploma, Associate's Degree in nursing or higher
- Florida Registered Nurse License
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must have either 2 years of experience in the ED, or 1 year in ED and 1 in another acute care department
