We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to provide clinical leadership, oversee day-to-day clinical operations, and support our field clinicians in delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate has a strong background in home health, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for developing clinical teams.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily clinical operations and provide support to field clinicians.
- Provide clinical guidance and leadership to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and therapy staff, as assigned.
- Monitor patient care, clinical documentation, physician orders, and compliance with agency policies.
- Support staffing, scheduling, and resolution of clinical escalations.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state and federal regulations, and agency standards.
- Assist with audits, quality improvement initiatives, and survey readiness.
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, Intake, therapy, and agency leadership to coordinate patient care.
- Support onboarding, orientation, training, and ongoing development of clinical staff.
- Promote accountability, teamwork, patient safety, and quality outcomes.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required;
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. - Current, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
- At least 2 years of home health experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or clinical leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations, Conditions of Participation, and documentation requirements.
- Current CPR certification.
- Electronic medical record (EMR) experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to meet all required background screening and employment compliance requirements.
