Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace to ensure food safety.
- Assist in the inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food service.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet our high standards.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Participate in kitchen prep and cleaning duties as required.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with training new staff.
Requirements:
- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or similar environment preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
- Passion for food and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
