The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)As a FAST Team Member, you should be flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following:
- Maintain regular attendance.
- Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
- Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
- Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
- Perform store measurements and cycle counts.
- Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang signage.
- Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
- Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
- Provide Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles:
Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value & Appreciate. - Ensure a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
- Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times, such as the day after Thanksgiving.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Prior retail or merchandising experience is required; knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential regardless of education level.
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
- Self-directed with minimal supervision.
- Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise levels.
- Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
- Travel between stores using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
- Adhere to safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment.
- Travel as needed across district locations.
- Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
- Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
- Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
- Access all store areas safely.
- Operate store equipment including computers, cash registers, and handling tools.
- Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
- Handle contact with birds/poultry.
- Complete all required training successfully.
- Lift up to 50 pounds and operate vehicles.
- Move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the store.
- Maintain physical and mental stamina to move safely and efficiently.
