Qualified candidates will be prepared to provide great customer service:

Greet shoppers, answer questions, provide book and merchandise recommendations, and assist with special orders.

Qualified candidates will be able to operate the cash register, process sales transactions accurately, and balance the cash drawer at the end of a shift.

They will be excited about program promotions, and promote company-sponsored point-of-sale initiatives, such as loyalty/membership programs and educator programs.

They will be passionate about merchandising & Recovery:
Unpack and place stock on shelves according to guidelines, straighten shelves and tables, pick up items, and perform store housekeeping tasks, and perform loss Prevention:
Follow company security standards and act with integrity during all transactions.
