• Promote and sell pest control protection plans and additional services to new and existing customers.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify conditions conducive to infestations and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Make compelling proposals and presentations to secure sales contracts.
• Record accurate measurements and write detailed descriptions of properties inspected.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and company goals.

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or customer service training is a plus.
