We collaborate closely, move quickly, and care deeply about the work we put into the world. Now we’re looking for an Executive-Level Personal Assistant to help our President stay focused, efficient, and two steps ahead — across multiple office locations and fast-moving priorities.

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative who isn’t afraid to go out and get the business. This role is 100% focused on cold outbound — cold calling, cold emailing, Linked In outreach, and yes, even walking into businesses and introducing yourself. Your mission: open doors and start conversations with decision-makers that lead to qualified appointments for our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Cold Outreach (80%)- Cold call businesses in our target industries and service areas
- Send personalized cold emails and direct messages
- Knock on doors of local businesses and introduce our agency services
- Follow up with leads consistently and professionally
- Book qualified discovery calls for our agency executives
- Log all outreach in our CRM (e.g., Go High Level , Hub Spot)
- Track activities, follow-ups, and lead status
- Maintain clean and accurate prospecting data
- Research new business categories and geographic opportunities
- Attend local networking events, expos, or chamber meetings
- Gather intel about prospects to improve future outreach
- Fearless: You’re not afraid of rejection. You see it as a numbers game and a learning opportunity.
- Relentless: You follow up. And follow up again. And again. Until you get an answer.
- Curious & Coachable: You love feedback, want to get better, and actively seek advice from others.
- Energetic & Personable: You know how to read a room, disarm with a smile, and build rapport in seconds.
- Self-Motivated: You don’t need babysitting. You want the scoreboard. You want to win.
- Clear Communicator: In speech and writing, you get to the point — and make it count.
- 1–2 years of outbound sales, telemarketing, or door-to-door experience preferred (but not required)
- Comfortable making 100+ cold calls per day and sending 50+ outbound emails
- Located in or willing to travel across our target Central Florida markets

Schedule & Travel RequirementsThis is a full-time, on-site position that keeps you moving. You’ll work from one of our three offices and regularly travel throughout Central Florida. During your first 90 days, on-site work at our Leesburg headquarters is required. After onboarding, you may work from whichever of our three offices is most convenient for you:
Leesburg, Winter Park, or Daytona Beach. Reliable transportation and flexibility are essential.
