• Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to manage the daily operation of a pest control service route to become a Pro
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer
• Interact with customers professionally and with integrity
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy, listening to and understanding their needs and utilizing Orkin Pro expertise to recommend efficient and innovative solutions
• Prepare and install home or business services (e.g., attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, energy-efficient radiant heat barrier)
• Interact with customers in their home or business to set project expectations and walk them through the process to ensure satisfaction
• Complete all required service-related documentation using the hand-held device for speed and accuracy

• No experience required — we’ll train you to be a Pro
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments, and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes

• Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations
• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roofs, etc., including climbing or balancing and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Wear PPE which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different weather conditions
