Pest Control Technician

Rollins, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician to deliver safe, professional pest management services.

$17 to $20 per hour.

As an Orkin Pro, you’ll provide the highest level of protection and service to customers on a designated service route. • Complete award‑winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and operate safely within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem solver, listening to customers and recommending efficient and innovative solutions.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation in a handheld device.

• No experience required – we’ll train you.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments and interact with customers in homes or businesses.
• Physical ability to safely use ladders, lift and carry up to 50 lb, access crawl spaces, wear PPE, perform work in varying weather.
