We’re seeking a seasoned Facilities Technician to oversee and maintain the operational integrity of multiple retail locations throughout the Orlando area. This hands-on role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong technical skills, excellent time management, and the ability to travel between sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance across multiple store locations (electrical, low voltage, plumbing, HVAC/refrigeration- basic task, light carpentry, lighting, equipment repair, Equipment replacement, etc.)
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and compliance
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, fixtures, and building systems
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and service schedules, maintain work orders assigned to you on our Service Channel portal.
• Respond promptly to service requests and facility-related issues
• Ensure all locations meet brand standards for cleanliness, functionality, and safety. Travel daily or weekly between stores using company provided fuel and a monthly stipend program to companies for the employee work vehicle

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building systems, or related trades
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to repair or replace parts on items like but not limited to:
  Mart carts, Electric pallet jacks, Meat saws, Grinders, etc.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on ladders or in confined spaces
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• EPA 608 or other relevant certifications a plus

Requirements

• May need to be available after hours for escalation on occasion
• Must be comfortable traveling across multiple store locations within the Orlando metro area going up to Jacksonville and down to Southwest FL locations
• Car allowance and fuel stipend provided
