Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger, support timely month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities, and maintain compliance with US GAAP and internal controls.

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications in compliance with company policies and GAAP.
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations and investigate variances or discrepancies.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (FP&A, supply chain, manufacturing) to ensure correct accounting treatment for business activities.
• Monitor inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS) transactions; assist with inventory accounting and reconciliations.
• Assist in fixed asset tracking, depreciation schedules, and capital expenditure accounting.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, responding to inquiries, and ensuring documentation is complete.
• Maintain and document internal controls in accordance with SOX requirements or other regulatory frameworks.
• Identify and assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required).
• CPA or CPA candidate (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with Excel, Power BI, JDE, and SAP required.
• Training or familiarity with SOX/internal controls is a plus.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, medical device, or life sciences.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and general ledger accounting principles.
• Experience with inventory, fixed assets, and cost accounting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative accounting team.

• Ability to work on‑site in an office environment.
