Part-time Receptionist - Weekend Coverage

North Spring Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a PRN Receptionist for weekend coverage only (Saturday and Sunday). Specifically, we are looking for someone to work every other Saturday and Sunday from 12 pm - 5 pm. This part-time position reports to the Director of Admissions and involves greeting visitors at the Residential Treatment Center front desk, receiving calls, and assisting with various clerical duties.

• Greeting visitors and ensuring they comply with facility visitation policies.
• Answering calls and directing them appropriately.
• Maintaining a welcoming and properly cleaned front‑desk area and lobby.
• Assisting with clerical duties as assigned.

Beautiful Leesburg, Virginia, approximately 40 miles northwest of Washington, D.C. The campus is a 45‑acre rural setting with a gymnasium, outdoor campus, and high ropes course, and is served by an excellent public school system.

• High School diploma.
• Six months experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• General knowledge of accepted business telephone etiquette, computer knowledge, and skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Position is subject to a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
