• Manage the daily operations of the accounts payable team, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead month-end and year-end AP close processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Maintain and improve AP systems and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and support business initiatives.

• Proven experience in accounts payable management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
